Marion is an abstract painter, taking inspiration from the contemporary urban environment. She is particularly interested in the aesthetic of post war Brutalist buildings and mid-20th Century design. Drawings and collage on paper, exploring form and composition, evolve into paintings where Marion prefers to work in oil or acrylic on linen. Recently Marion has experimented with working on wood and cast cement and making artist’s books.

Marion graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2015. She is a professional member of Visual Arts Scotland and the Society of Scottish Artists.
